We have an opening on our amazing team for a part time coach for group fitness classes for several weekday noon and afternoon classes. Additional classes and private training opportunities available as desired.

Candidates must be exceptionally friendly, enthusiastic, and loud! Training will be provided in the TITLE Boxing Club® system philosophy and class expectations. You are a leading a class in a challenging, fast-paced and exciting work environment. A trainer’s responsibilities include motivating, teaching, challenging, and making the every class amazingly engaging.

Starting pay is $25-$30 per class. Free family membership is also included!

Responsibilities

Welcoming members, attending to guests in the class; wrap hands for members and guests who need assistance, and ensure first time guests are properly orientated and prepped for the class
Delivers a highly engaging positive fitness experience
Maintains highest level of professional ethics and compliance with all club rules and policies
Leads classes within the TITLE Boxing Club® format
Ensures the safety of all members
Looks professional by wearing TITLE Boxing Club® attire and has high level of hygiene
Assists with new member enrollments and drives private training sales
Assist in creation of social media content

Hours: Primary hours for this position are all or a combination of the following:

Approx. 2-10 classes per week. Can be flexible, but must have availability for weekday noon classes.

Qualifications

Customer experience focused and goal orientated
All employees should be trained in CPR, First Aid, AED and procedures for handling emergencies which may occur in the Club. Assistance with the above certification(s) is available.
Easily builds strong relationships with our members by being their fitness expert
Meet all physical demands required to demonstrate proper use of equipment and fitness techniques, including lifting heavy weights
Maintains personal commitment to health and physical fitness fitness
Personal Training Certification such as: ACE, AFFA, IFPA, NASM, ACSM, NSCA, Premier and Apex; preferred but not required

Ideal Candidate

High School Diploma or equivalent experience
People oriented; able to make everyone feel awesome
Advance training levels in boxing and kickboxing techniques
Stays current on latest health and fitness trends
