The Front Desk Sales Associate will report directly to the General Manager.
The role of the Front Desk Sales Associate involves:
- Be responsible for sales lead and member service activities such as warm calls, returning voicemails, greeting walk-ins and closing new memberships. Overall keeping the vibe positive, energized and fun!
- To effectively find solutions for prospective new members, identify and effectively sell the ideal Membership Program for their needs.
- To conduct membership tours for perspective new members, distinguishing TITLE Boxing club from our competitors and building value on what TITLE offers to its members, including the best workouts possible in under an hour, awareness, accountability, and results.
- To provide pertinent information and excellent customer service.
- To generate new leads through a variety of creative and proven methods, and attract prospective members into TITLE.
- To effectively follow up on leads that demonstrated interest in joining TITLE
- To ensure all administrative duties are performed in a timely and accurate manner, including managing the desk, helping members with private training and retail sales, cleaning duties and overall facility checks.
- To deliver excellent customer service, exceeding the expectations of our members,always.
- Ensure club is properly stocked and plan for incoming season stock needs.
- Organize, clean and rearrange merchandise displays.
- Help and support local marketing and visibility road shows and events.
- Required to be able to lift at least 35-45lbs of materials/kits during events.
- Ensure the cleanliness and sanitation of the club during designated shift.
- Assist Staff Members / Trainers with other duties as assigned.
- Required to dress in TITLE Boxing Club approved attire during assigned shift.
Participate in field marketing activities as required.
Takes pride in the brand, the product and co-workers, and works hard to deliver an easy yet compelling fitness experience that leaves our members looking and feeling amazing, inside and out.
Qualifications & Attributes:
- Must possess strong interpersonal skills and comfortable working with members of all ages.
- Must possess strong sales and organizational skills as it is the basis of the entire position.
- Must demonstrate a strong initiative to generate leads and grow the membership base.
- Must be cheerful person to talk with, always with a smile on the face.
- Must be a team player as all staff must work in sync.
- Must possess strong communication skills, including active listening, and the ability to overcome objections.
- Must possess enthusiasm and a genuine organic desire to foster relationships with people.
- Must possess basic understanding of computers and be able to learn our point of sale systems.
A formal fitness background is not a requirement, but demonstrating a passion for health & fitness is strongly preferred.
Hours:
- 5 to 9 hours per day. 25 – 35 hours per week.
- Schedule: shifts rotate between Sunday – Saturday. Flexibility to work around school and other commitments.
Opportunity for the role to grow to Full-Time (40 hrs per week)
Compensation:
Associates are compensated in 2 ways:

- Wage portion: [ $11 - $13 per hour + commission depending on performance, fit and experience ]
- Commissions portion: This gives the candidate an opportunity to earn more. They will also get commissions for enrolling new members in the club, and through selling gloves. Commission details will be further outlined to qualified applicants.
