TITLE Boxing Club Elmhurst has an immediate opening for a part time retail/membership salesperson.

TITLE Boxing Club Elmhurst is looking for a fun, smart, and passionate sales/customer service focused influencer to join our rapidly growing sales team! Open availability is a plus. Outgoing personality and a passion for fitness are required.

As a TITLE Boxing Club Fitness Membership Specialist, you will be part of a dynamic team that positively affects the lives of our members on a daily basis. You will participate in the operation and success of a fast-paced fitness studio, build relationships with TITLE members and the community in order to help maintain and build a member base and you will be responsible for providing our members with a customer service experience unlike anything.

$13-$15/hour plus commission opportunities

Weekday: Morning and afternoon/evening shifts available

Weekend: Morning available

Location: Elmhurst, IL

Responsibilities

Sell memberships, retail and personal training
Promptly answer incoming calls and return voicemails
Make outbound calls, send texts and emails to schedule prospective members for upcoming Boxing Basics Class
Follow-up with existing members to ensure member satisfaction via phone, text and email
Ensure club is properly stocked
Organize, clean and rearrange merchandise displays
Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of the club during designated shifts
Assist with other duties as assigned
Required to dress in TITLE Boxing Club approved attire during assigned shift
Must take class at least 1x per month

Job Requirements

Outgoing and positive personality
Proven sales experience (preferred)
Organized and detail-oriented
Ability to handle competing tasks and tight deadlines
Excellent verbal and written skills
Passion for group fitness
Demonstrate excellent customer service skills
Ability to work independently as well as with a team
