Sales Associate Fitness
TITLE Boxing Club Elmhurst has an immediate opening for a part time retail/membership salesperson.
TITLE Boxing Club Elmhurst is looking for a fun, smart, and passionate sales/customer service focused influencer to join our rapidly growing sales team! Open availability is a plus. Outgoing personality and a passion for fitness are required.
As a TITLE Boxing Club Fitness Membership Specialist, you will be part of a dynamic team that positively affects the lives of our members on a daily basis. You will participate in the operation and success of a fast-paced fitness studio, build relationships with TITLE members and the community in order to help maintain and build a member base and you will be responsible for providing our members with a customer service experience unlike anything.
$13-$15/hour plus commission opportunities
Weekday: Morning and afternoon/evening shifts available
Weekend: Morning available
Location: Elmhurst, IL
Responsibilities
- Sell memberships, retail and personal training
- Promptly answer incoming calls and return voicemails
- Make outbound calls, send texts and emails to schedule prospective members for upcoming Boxing Basics Class
- Follow-up with existing members to ensure member satisfaction via phone, text and email
- Ensure club is properly stocked
- Organize, clean and rearrange merchandise displays
- Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of the club during designated shifts
- Assist with other duties as assigned
- Required to dress in TITLE Boxing Club approved attire during assigned shift
- Must take class at least 1x per month
Job Requirements
- Outgoing and positive personality
- Proven sales experience (preferred)
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to handle competing tasks and tight deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Passion for group fitness
- Demonstrate excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work independently as well as with a team
